Rattaché(e) au service Production de Groupama Océan Indien, vous assurez l’appui à la gestion administrative et technique des contrats d’assurance, tout en accompagnant les conseillers et en participant à la qualité du service rendu aux assurés et aux partenaires. Vos missions principales Assister les conseillers en assurance dans la gestion des dossiers clients. Contribuer à la mise à jour des contrats d'assurance tous marchés. Traiter les actes simples de gestion sur les contrats des particuliers et des professionnels. Participer à l'analyse des besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées. Participer aux réunions d'équipe et aux formations internes. Qualifications et compétences Étudiant(e) en Licence Banque Assurance ou équivalent. Une 1ère expérience ou bagage dans les assurances nécessaire. Bonnes compétences en communication et en relation client. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. Rigueur, organisation et autonomie. Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, etc.).
