Elementary Ministry Jundosanim (전도사님) / Director - PART-TIME POSITION Join us in partnering with families and helping children grow in faith, love, and leadership in Christ!

1. QUALIFICATIONS

Current student or graduate of an accredited seminary (preferred for Jundosanim applicants). Fully bilingual in English and Korean with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to preach and teach in English while communicating effectively with Korean-speaking parents and church leadership. Shows a natural love for children and a clear passion for discipleship and family ministry. Strong team, organizational, and leadership skills.

2. POSITION DETAILS

Type: Part-Time Compensation: $1,600 – $2,000 per month based on experience (Gross Pay)

4. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Worship & Teaching: Lead Sunday worship services, deliver engaging English sessions, and cast a clear biblical vision for K–6th grade ministry. Classroom & Environment Management: Maintain a neat, clean, and organized Education Center; ensure classrooms are well-prepared and engaged for Sunday Bible studies and extra activities. Programs & Events: Strategically plan and execute key seasonal events such as VBS and holiday celebrations. Volunteer Coordination: Recruit and train volunteers for large special events (e.g., VBS and seasonal celebrations). Family Partnership: Maintain consistent communication with parents to support faith formation at home. Administration: Oversee basic department administration, including secure student check-in and check-out procedures.
