Hospital setting with 5 CT scanners Inpatient, outpatient, and ER patient population including occasional pediatric cases (teenagers) Procedures include general anatomy, calcium scoring, coronary studies, stroke alert, CTA perfusion studies, chest, abdomen, pelvis, and head scans Also performs procedural work including biopsies and drains 1:1 patient ratio Uses GE equipment (GE Revolution and Evo preferred) EPIC EMR used 12-hour day shifts, Saturday/Sunday/Monday, 0730-2000 No floating required No call requirements Weekend-only shift rotation Requirements BLS and ARRT-CT certification required License required if applicable Minimum 2-3 years of CT experience in a hospital setting required Experience with GE equipment strongly preferred Experience with general anatomy, calcium scoring, coronary studies, stroke alert, CTA perfusion, and biopsy/drain procedures Additional Information Works alongside other CT techs, Radiology RNs, RRT, Code Blue team, and centralized transport staff Facility orientation consists of 3 shifts to learn unit flow Holiday coverage expected for 1 summer and 1 winter holiday Scrubs of any color accepted, except camo or denim Free parking available First-time travelers will be considered Former employees of the health system must be separated at least 12 months before eligible for travel No radius restrictions; local candidates accepted at the same rate Facility adheres to a fatigue policy limiting staff to 60 hours per week or 5 consecutive 12-hour shifts American Traveler Job ID #P-763025.
