Work Environment

This role is conducted remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for both the therapist and client. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans that address specific challenges.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques aimed at promoting emotional well-being and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring and adjusting approaches based on their progress.
  • Provide teletherapy sessions focusing on various mental health issues, ensuring high-quality care that extends beyond geographic barriers.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records to uphold ethical standards and support clinical decision-making.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges to those looking for premarital and family counseling. Qualifications

  • A current, active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

  • A compassionate approach, demonstrating empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards diverse experiences and backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational abilities, skillful in managing a caseload while attending to operational and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a private practice setting or outpatient facility is a plus.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms to facilitate virtual sessions effectively.
  • Specialization or certification in areas such as addiction treatment, trauma, or family therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
