General Laborer: Harmon, Illinois

Our customer in Harmon, Illinois is looking for a hardworking, detailoriented individual to join their team as a General Laborer to work fulltime on 1st shift. In this role, you will support production operations by disassembling and rebuilding parts while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities of the General Laborer:

• Tear down broken parts for repair and rebuilding.
• Reassemble components according to work instructions.
• Inspect parts for quality and functionality before and after repair.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist with additional general labor tasks as assigned.

General Laborer Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay for General Laborer: $15.00/hour.

General Laborer Benefits:

• Health and dental insurance after 30 days (no cost to employee).
• Paid time off after one year (1 week vacation and 3 sick days).
• 401(k) after one year (100% match up to 3% and 50% match for the next 3%).
• Opportunity for pay increases based on performance and work ethic.

Type: 1st Shift, Full-time.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday from 8:00am – 5:00pm with flexible hours on Fridays.
