Responsibilities Assist contractors with product inquiries and order processing at the counter. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on building materials and tools. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle returns and exchanges while maintaining a positive customer experience. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or building supply preferred. Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor. Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
