Home Health Registered Nurse

Job Description We are seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to care for our sweet 5 year old at our home in Heath, Texas. She is a sweet and energetic girl. She was born under 1 pound and is doing very well overall. She is a miracle and the smallest ever to survive at Baylor Dallas. She has a J Tube and just had open heart surgery at Boston Children's to treat her pulmonary vein stenosis. We are looking for an RN to look after her during the day from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday. Pay is extremely competitive through our nursing agency and is negotiable depending on experience. We also offer an additional bonus. Benefits are also available. Responsibilities Administer nursing care and assess her daily Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding her care Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide advice and emotional support to patient Care for her when she is sick Qualifications Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with patients Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
