About the Role:
Join the fun and vibrant team at Pigtails & Crewcuts in Brookfield, WI, as a Hair Stylist! We are dedicated to providing a unique and enjoyable haircut experience for children and their families, and we are looking for passionate stylists who love working with kids.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional haircuts and styling services for children of all ages.
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for kids and their parents.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their hair care needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in children's haircuts and styling techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized work station and salon environment.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing client flow.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
Promote salon products and services to clients.
Requirements:
Valid cosmetology license in the state of Wisconsin.
Experience in children's haircuts and styling preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with kids.
Passion for hair styling and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
