Job Summary:
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) position located in the area. This role involves providing high-quality med surg care, including overflow of post-operative surgical patients such as hips and knees, and care for psychiatric patients. The position requires flexibility to float across multiple campuses and adherence to specific unit policies and scheduling.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 48 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Iowa (IA) license or multi-state compact license, BLS certification, 24 months of current Med Surg or Med Surg Telemetry experience, EPIC electronic medical record experience, drivers license document.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for psychiatric patients, precepting experience.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to work 1-2 of the upcoming Winter holidays unless the unit is closed. Candidates must have a minimum of 24 months experience in Med Surg / Med Surg Tele. Prior charge and supervisor experience, as well as professional references from within the last 24 months, are preferred.
