Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Act As A Primary Point Of Contact For Residents And Families, Ensuring 5-Star Care Standards.

• Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain Accurate, Timely, And Clinical-Grade Documentation Of Assessments And Interventions.

• Order Oversight: Efficiently Transcribe Physician Orders To Mar's And Manage Pharmacy Notifications For Adjusted Treatments.

• Medication Administration: Safely Prepare And Administer Medications And Complex Treatments As Ordered.

• Unit Management: Supervise And Mentor Lpns And Cnas, Fostering A Collaborative Environment Focused On Resident Dignity.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work With The Director Of Nursing And Therapy Teams To Update And Implement Individualized Care Plans.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Wisconsin.

• Leadership Skills: Proven Ability To Lead A Team And Remain Calm Under Pressure.

• Experience: Long-Term Care Or Sub-Acute Experience Is Preferred, But We Welcome All Nurses Passionate About Geriatric Care.
