Paraprofessional – Student Support (Behavior & Life Skills)
Pay: $19–$22/hour Start Date: August 10, 2026 or later Schedule: Full-time & Part-time available Location: Columbus, OH

You are directly helping students build life skills, confidence, and independence that carries far beyond school walls.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1:1 or small group instructional support to help students achieve their IEP goals.
- Help build behavioral, academic, social, and life skills.
- Support students in classroom and real-world settings.
- Track student progress, behavior, and educational goals to support individualized instruction.
- Partner with teachers, families, and staff to provide consistent, student-centered support.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and growth
- Serve as a positive role model while helping students feel safe, engaged, and included throughout the school day.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required, 2-year degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous education or human services experience is helpful but not required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
