- It is a multi-specialty physicians’ group dedicated to providing patients with top quality, comprehensive care in a warm and caring environment.

ABOUT PULMONARY CARE PRACTICEMiddletown Medical, P.C. in Middletown, New York, offers comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services.
