This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a flexible work schedule that suits your lifestyle. You will be given the autonomy to manage your own hours, with opportunities to supplement your income by seeing as few as 5 clients per week or building a full caseload of over 40 hours weekly. • Conduct assessments and provide individualized therapy sessions to clients using telehealth platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients who are seeking support for mental health issues, relationship challenges, and emotional wellness. Our client base is characterized by stability and low acuity levels, ensuring that your work focuses on enhancing their well-being rather than crisis management. Each client is pre-screened, allowing you to dedicate your skills to helping those who are ready to engage in the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active and unrestricted California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.

• Ability to work independently in a home-based office environment, maintaining professionalism and compassion in client interactions.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to manage client relationships effectively.

• A designated, private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in managing your own caseload with familiarity in popular teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually , reflecting your experience and commitment to excellence in client care. Additionally, upon onboarding and successfully seeing your first client within two weeks, you will receive a generous sign-on bonus of $3,000 .
