Job Description & Skill Requirements: S eeking an experienced Project Manager / Process Engineer to support the execution of process engineering and capital projects from project definition through procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of process engineering, project management, process design, troubleshooting, and capital project execution experience. This role will involve working closely with site engineering teams, leadership, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Support the execution of process engineering and capital projects from concept through commissioning and startup.
• Develop project charters, technical scopes, Statements of Work (SOW), and project execution plans.
• Create and review Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) .
• Support process design, optimization, troubleshooting, and implementation of process improvements.
• Work with pumps, valves, piping, and other process equipment.
• Coordinate procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Develop RFP/RFQ scopes, technical deliverables, and project estimates.
• Manage project schedules, resources, risks, documentation, and deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and track mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, site teams, and engineering stakeholders.
• Develop preliminary execution plans and detailed project scopes.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX evaluation, business cases, and project justification.
• Lead project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and status reporting.
• Monitor project KPIs including cost, schedule, equipment efficiency, operational expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate with site and global engineering/leadership teams to ensure project objectives are aligned with business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• Strong experience in Process Engineering and Capital Project Execution .
• Hands-on experience with PFDs, P&IDs, pumps, valves, and piping systems .
• Experience with process design, optimization, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, and startup.
• Experience developing project scopes, SOWs, RFPs/RFQs, schedules, and resource plans.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, contractor, and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing capital projects within manufacturing or industrial environments.

• CAPEX/OPEX and project budget management experience.
• Business case and project charter development.
• Procurement and fabrication experience.
• EPC/EPCM project experience.
• Experience leading steering committees and management reporting.
• Chemical, food & beverage, FMCG/consumer goods, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, manufacturing, packaging, industrial plant, or oil & gas experience.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience delivering measurable process improvements, cost savings, sustainability, or energy-efficiency initiatives.
