Interventional Pain Management Physician / Physiatrist – Queens & Long Island, NYFull-Time | $300,000 Annual SalaryScheduleMonday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PMAlternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM–1:00 PMPosition is split between offices in New Hyde Park and Richmond HillPosition OverviewWe are seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our established practice serving patients across Queens and Long Island.This is a unique opportunity to work in a friendly, professional, and personable environment that offers flexibility, collaboration, and the ability to focus on comprehensive pain management. The physician will evaluate and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal, and chronic pain conditions, with a strong emphasis on interventional procedures.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal, and other medical conditions affecting movement and functionDevelop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's condition and goalsCoordinate conservative treatment options, including physical therapy and acupuncturePerform injections and interventional pain-management proceduresMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationWork independently while collaborating with the clinical and administrative teamsDeliver compassionate, patient-centered care across both office locationsInterventional ProceduresProcedures may include:Cervical and lumbar epidural injectionsMedial branch blocksRadiofrequency ablationSpinal cord stimulator trialsPercutaneous discectomySI joint injections and fusionJoint injectionsAdditional interventional pain-management proceduresQualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolResidency training in Physical Medicine and RehabilitationBoard certification in Physical Medicine and RehabilitationFellowship training in Interventional Pain ManagementActive or eligible New York medical licenseAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and patient-care skillsCompensation and Benefits$300,000 annual salaryHealth insurance401(k)Paid time offContinuing medical education benefitsPaid malpractice insurancePaid professional licensure and duesAbout the AreaThis position offers the opportunity to practice in both New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill, providing convenient access to communities throughout Queens, Nassau County, and the greater New York metropolitan area.
