Tryfacta is seeking a Director of Nursing for our client in Parkersburg, WV 26101. This is an 8-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!

Location: Parkersburg, WV 26101

Duration: 8 Weeks (Possible Extension)

Work Schedule: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Direct and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, CMS, and facility regulations and standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Develop staffing plans, schedules, and ensure appropriate nursing coverage.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership to optimize resident outcomes.
• Monitor quality assurance, infection prevention, risk management, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee resident assessments, care planning, documentation, and regulatory surveys.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (West Virginia or Compact License, if applicable).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred (Master's degree preferred but not required).
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting, preferably Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Post-Acute Care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, state survey process, and long-term care operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic healthcare documentation systems.
• Ability to effectively lead interdisciplinary teams while ensuring exceptional resident care.
