Come build the future of pharmacy with us.AVP, Supply Chain - REMOTEJob DescriptionThe AVP, Supply Chain will be responsible for the overall COGs and growth strategy for Prime's owned dispensing pharmacies (Mail and Specialty). This role will oversee negotiations, contracting and account management for our pharma, wholesaler, and GPO partners. This role will oversee a team who is responsible for driving competitive pricing from the market, biosimilar strategy and growing our limited distribution drugs and overall drug access footprint.ResponsibilitiesNegotiating wholesaler, direct manufacturer and GPO contracts for Mail, Specialty, and RetailManage strategic targeting and execution of access for key limited distribution drug productsContract management oversight – tracking/monitoring of executed contracts and their respective term datesWholesaler and manufacturer account managementCreating audit mechanisms to ensure receiving value we are contractually entitled toMonitoring pipeline (Biosimilars, Generics and new-to-market products)Other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience10 years of work experience in Industry Relations and/or Supply Chain8 years of leadership/people management experience3 years of Specialty Pharmacy industry experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsStrong strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and consultative skills.Knowledge and understanding of long-range financial planning, its importance to strategic initiatives, and the ability to translate business needs into financial models complete with return on investment.Proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding resultsPreferred QualificationsMaster's or MBA degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.Process Improvement experience (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen)PBM experiencePotential pay for this position ranges from $164,000.00 - $279,000.00 based on experience and skills.To review our Benefits, Incentives and Additional Compensation, visit our Benefits Page ( and click on the "Benefits at a glance" button for more detail ( Therapeutics LLC is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
