Branch Manager

What You'll Own Lead and motivate a high-performance team across sales, service, and operations Take full accountability for store performance, customer satisfaction, and growth Set the pace, build urgency, drive revenue, and create a winning culture Make smart decisions quickly and pivot as needed in a fast-moving environment, often juggling several priorities at once Solve problems on the fly and keep the team focused on outcomes, not excuses Delegate technical or routine issues so you can stay focused on people and priorities Build strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and your local market through persuasive, confident communication Know when to bring in outside expertise or leadership support on issues outside your own experience What You Bring Confidence to lead and make decisions independently Drive to compete, win, and grow your branch like it's your own business Ability to inspire, influence, and hold others accountable Comfort in a high-speed, high-autonomy environment, energized rather than worn down by pressure and shifting demands Big-picture thinking with a bias toward action and momentum Strong people instincts, you know how to read the room and move it forward An opinionated but collaborative style, willing to compromise in group efforts without losing conviction A clear head under pressure, able to set emotion aside to think through a problem A restless streak that keeps you improving processes rather than settling for "good enough" Requirements Leadership experience Experience in Equipment Rental Industry (Preferred, but not required) Valid driver's license Proficiency in interpreting financial reports Schedule Employees are expected to work a basic 40-50 hour week Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; may be required to work Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
