Join Our Team as a Full-Time Urologist

We invite you to become a part of our established Urology practice located in Richland, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to engage in a diverse array of general Urology procedures while collaborating with a dedicated team. • Employment Type: Full-time, 4.5-day work week
• On-Call Schedule: 1:4 call, 6 days per month
• Team Composition: Work alongside 2 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with supportive staff
• Support and Mentorship: Access to great mentorship and support
• Technology: Utilize 2 robotic systems, Urogynecology, and Aquablation technologies
• Experience: Preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

• Salary Range: $511,699 to $674,990 annually
• Incentives: Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives as applicable
• Relocation Assistance: Available, along with a sign-on bonus
• Continuing Medical Education: Potential CME benefits for providers
