Position Overview

Tiger Tech Equipment is seeking Generator Technicians with varying levels of experience to join our growing service team. We specialize in all aspects of emergency power systems, including generators, ATS/switchgear, fuel systems, load testing, and preventative maintenance.

Compensation

• Pay: $20 – $46 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain emergency power systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and load testing on generators and related equipment
• Service ATS/switchgear and fuel systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Maintain a professional and safety-focused work environment

Requirements

• Mechanical and technical aptitude required
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check prior to employment
• Must own basic hand tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel is a plus, but not required

Work Environment & Schedule

• Demand for emergency power service can occur at any time
• Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required
