Operate lab testing equipment (LECO Protein Analyzer, pH meter, water activity, NIR). Know Safety Data Sheets for lab chemicals and wear proper safety protection. Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and subordinate groups. Perform quality checks on finished products from production lines. Collect samples for analytical testing and product cuttings. Collect and retain samples of all products produced. Make recommendations for lab improvements. Work in other facility areas if required. Qualifications General mathematical ability and basic computer skills. Self‑motivation with good judgment and reasoning abilities. Work shifts as required and maintain a safe work record. Good attitude and familiarity with specialized lab equipment. Ability to climb to working heights above 20 ft and work in dusty environments. Capable of lifting over 50 lbs and walking/standing continuously. Comfortable in hot/cold and loud environments with occasional bending, stooping, crouching, carrying, and lifting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
