Senior Associate Scientist, Biologics III

Senior Associate Scientist supporting biologics analytical services at Catalent's Kansas City facility. Conducts laboratory testing including cell culture, ELISA, and flow cytometry for large molecule product development under cGMP regulations. Participates in method validation and drafts technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory testing using mammalian cell culture, ELISA, flow cytometry, and molecular biology techniques
• Participate in method transfer and validation activities under cGMP guidance
• Draft and review technical documents including methods, forms, and laboratory reports
• Perform sample testing and stability study activities following established standard operating procedures
• Maintain accurate cGMP-compliant documentation and peer review laboratory records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life or physical sciences with 2+ years relevant experience, or master's degree in related field
• Applied knowledge of biology, chemistry, or biochemistry principles and concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and work independently
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagrammatic instructions
• Prior ELISA and cell-based assay experience preferred
