Moore, Oklahoma | Full-Time Position Silver Star Construction is seeking a dependable operator to run small earthmoving equipment and assist with construction site labor as needed. Core ResponsibilitiesOperate skid steer and mini excavator on job sitesLoad/unload machinery from trailers and transport unitsAdjust machine settings for proper performanceInspect equipment before and after useTrack and report equipment performance and maintenance needsPerform preventative maintenance to reduce downtimeRequired SkillsExcellent hand-eye and foot coordinationAbility to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkersStrong judgment and safety awarenessAbility to work in fast-paced outdoor environmentsTeam-oriented mindset with reliable work habitsJob RequirementsMust successfully complete background check, drug screening, and physicalWilling to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends when neededPhysically able to perform demanding manual laborMust follow all safety procedures at all timesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay structureMedical, dental, vision, and life insuranceShort-term disability coverage401(k) retirement planEmployee ownership program (ESOP)Additional benefits offered EOE – Apply at silverstarconst.com, visit 220 Industrial Blvd., Moore, OK, or call View phone number on ziprecruiter.com.
