Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system. Location Tehachapi Clinic Address : 122 S Green St. Suit 2&3, Tehachapi, CA Qualifications & Pay Range Qualifications: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program Current or pending state licensure BLS certification Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day) Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $85,000–$115,000/year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus : Available in select locations!
