What You'll Do

• Lead and support the dining room team during meal service
• Set the standard for exceptional hospitality and guest service
• Coordinate daily dining operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service
• Assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding.
• Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met
• Partner with culinary and leadership teams to create an outstanding dining experience
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and guests through attentive, personalized service

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, hotels, country clubs, senior living, or hospitality
• Previous experience as a Lead Server, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, Banquet Captain, or similar leadership role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications Of The Position

A combination of experience, education, and/or training which substantially demonstrates the following knowledge and skills:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: Minimum of one year job experience.
