Server (Part-Time Evenings)

Location: Foster's & Co. Workspaces – San Antonio, TX

Schedule:

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday
• 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Additional hours available based on private events and venue needs

Pay:

• $10.00/hour + tips

Position Summary

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Server who enjoys engaging with people and providing exceptional customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking consistent evening hours with the potential for additional event shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional experience.
• Serve beer, wine, and other beverages in accordance with TABC regulations.
• Take drink and light food orders (if applicable).
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and lounge area.
• Restock beer, wine, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for private events.
• Work as part of a team to ensure guests have an outstanding experience.

Qualifications

• Previous serving, bartending, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred if required for alcohol service).
• TABC Certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working independently during slower periods while staying attentive to guests.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
