Job Description

We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented individuals to join our Back of House team.

Positions Available:

Dishwashers
Line Cooks
Prep Cooks

Qualifications:

Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required for dishwashers
Food safety knowledge is a plus
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Responsibilities:

Dishwashers

Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dish area
Wash dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment
Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation

Cooks

Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion consistency
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Keep workstations clean and organized
