REQUIREMENTS:3 years law enforcement, corrections or active/retired military Armed Security Officer Responsibilities Staying very alert Monitor pedestrian traffic in and out of facility Patrolling premises frequently to maintain safety of employees, patients and clients Using oral de-escalation when needed Writing daily reports of any incidents that may occur Armed Security Officer Qualifications and Skills Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours Strong verbal and written communication skills Can always stay alert Ability to work in high pedestrian traffic environments 3 years law enforcement, active military, or 5 years Armed security experience required Must have the ability to speak, read, write, and understand English Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required CT Carry permit CT Armed security license Please apply to the posting and our USI Recruitment Team will reach out to set up a Virtual Interview.
