Registered Nurse RN

Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across the patient lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice. Ensure quality nursing care is delivered in accordance with organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required; new graduates eligible. Current RN license in Georgia and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional certifications may be required based on specialty area, such as ACLS, PALS, or chemotherapy certification. Specialty certifications within 180 days of start may be necessary for specific units like Cardiac Tele, Critical Care, Emergency, Pediatrics, or Women's Services.
