The Medical Assistant Instructor plays a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of skilled medical assistant professionals. As an instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and fostering a learning environment that emphasizes professionalism, hands-on learning, and student success.

• Deliver curriculum content effectively to Medical Assistant students, ensuring clarity and comprehension.

• Mentor and guide students in developing professional skills and industry-specific competencies.

• Use practical experience to provide real-world insights and examples that enhance the learning experience.

• Promote a positive, engaging classroom environment that encourages participation and student success.

• Collaborate with colleagues and staff to ensure alignment with institutional objectives and educational standards.

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the medical field.

• C ertified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required.

• CPR certification preferred but not required.

• No prior teaching experience required — training will be provided.
