Key Responsibilities Perform advanced electrical, drivability, and automotive diagnostics on a variety of vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems efficiently and accurately. Complete high-quality repairs while maintaining strong productivity. Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and ADAS technology during vehicle inspections and repairs. Interpret diagnostic information to identify and resolve complex vehicle concerns. Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the team to support an efficient, production-focused workflow while helping maintain the shop\'s high standards for customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain high productivity in a fast-paced automotive repair environment. Own professional automotive tools. ASE Certifications preferred. Experience working in a high-volume automotive repair shop preferred. Compensation & Benefits Compensation $33.80+/hour base pay plus performance bonus. Weekly pay.
