Industrial Maintenance Technician1st and 2nd shift available32.50 for maintenance role, 42.65 for expert levelJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician supports the operations maintenance team by repairing, maintaining, and improving material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all systems.ResponsibilitiesSupport the operations maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment across the building.Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging equipment to ensure consistent and reliable operation.Install, maintain, and repair automated distribution equipment to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems used throughout the facility.Perform electrical maintenance tasks on material handling and automated systems in accordance with safety and technical standards.Inspect equipment regularly to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance.Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately and in a timely manner.Collaborate with operations and other maintenance team members to prioritize and complete work orders.Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsHands-on experience repairing and maintaining material handling equipment.Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging equipment.Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing automated distribution equipment.Ability to troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems.Electrical maintenance skills related to automated and material handling equipment.Ability to read and follow technical instructions and maintenance procedures.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively as part of an operations maintenance team.Why Work Here?You join a team that values technical expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a dynamic operations environment.
