Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking a General OBGYN physician for our ambulatory practice in the desirable beach town of San Luis Obispo, CA. * Bread and butter OB/GYN * 50/50 GYN vs OB cases * Joining a practice with multiple physicians * 1:4 Call Coverage * Great working relationship with community OBGYNs * Full-time and part-time positions available * Recent graduates able to apply * Spanish speaking is helpful but not required *Employed model through Adventist Health Medical Group (AHMG)* The incoming physician must be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards. *Wage Scale: $389,609- 430,072 year* *$50,000 sign Bonus* *Metric Bonus* *Relo* *$20,000 a year for up to 5 years student loan forgiveness* Apply to learn more about our total compensation* and benefits! *Total compensation may vary based on additional services, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, etc. Compensation may also vary based on productivity after initial guarantee period. *Adventist Health Sierra Vista* Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, the largest hospital in San Luis Obispo County, is a 162-bed facility that has served the community since 1959. Specializing in neurosurgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, perinatology, neonatology, pediatrics, cancer care and various medical, surgical, and outpatient services, it houses the largest Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the region, the only dedicated pediatric unit in the county, and serves as the designated trauma center.
