This position offers a strong benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off./ppSchedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM (OT as needed)/ph3Position Overview/h3pThe Material Services / Inventory Associate provides support to the Material Services organization by performing duties related to material accountability, inventory management, and operation of storerooms and storage yards. The role requires safe and efficient handling of materials, including heavy and irregularly shaped items, and may involve some local travel within a designated territory./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliUpdate, maintain, and organize inventory records, files, and material documentation./liliIssue materials under proper authorization and maintain related records./liliCheck incoming materials for quantity, condition, and compliance; report irregularities./liliProcess and manage returned materials; sort usable vs. non-usable items./liliPrepare materials for shipment or storage, including required shipping documentation./liliOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, hoists, cranes, and pallet jacks./liliAssist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy adjustments./liliSupport supervisor and team members with storage organization and material relocation./liliFollow all company safety policies and procedures./liliPerform additional tasks as needed to support the Material Services team./li/ulh3Required Skills Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or GED./liliMinimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, material handling, warehousing, or a related field./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills./liliAbility to operate motorized material handling equipment and road vehicles./liliPhysical capability to lift up to 70 pounds; successful completion of a Physical Ability Test (PAT) is required./liliStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills./liliMotivated, dependable, team-oriented, respectful, and flexible./liliAbility to work safely indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions./liliConstruction or heavy equipment experience preferred; training may be provided for specialized equipment./li/ulh3Equipment Experience (Preferred)/h3ulliCase 821 Wheel Loader / All-Terrain Forklift (up to 16,000 lbs.)/liliJLG Telehandler (7,000 12,000 lbs.)/liliForklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, and other material handling tools/li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliSedentary to heavy lifting, including indoor warehouse and outdoor yard work./liliSafety-focused, with Zero Harm as the #1 priority./liliPPE provided (steel-toe boots required; side shields required if wearing glasses)./li/ulpAbout Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) ITS is an international recruiting and staffing firm specializing in Engineering, Technical, and Professional positions.
