Key Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and provide treatment to children and adolescents in the clinic.
• Maintain flexible hours to support clinic expansion, including evenings and weekends.
• Develop and uphold clinical diagnostic and treatment protocols for pediatric care.
• Be available by phone during scheduled hours for assistance as needed.
• Contribute to the development of patient education materials.
• Supervise healthcare students and non-physician providers, ensuring quality care.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance and Performance Improvement Programs.
• Advise patients on health, illness prevention, and family planning services.
• Attend staff meetings and committees punctually and as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission.

Minimum Qualifications

Medical Doctorate with current licensure. Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatrics. Provider shall obtain, maintain and participate in the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, workers compensation, other federal and state reimbursement programs. Possess an interest in working with adolescents. Uphold the Code of Ethics of their professional licensing entity. Must complete the minimum hours of continuing education to maintain professional license. Must maintain good standing with professional licensing board. Must demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity to all populations served. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, community, and the general public. Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions. Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize. Adept in decision making responsibilities. Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
