Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlanning, Forecasting and ReportingLead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long range planning, and monthly and quarterly reporting.Own financial consolidations and reporting.Maintain the integrity of enterprise planning data.Prepare board level reporting packages and management narratives.Establish KPIs, dashboards, variance analysis, and financial accountability processes.Financial Modeling and Strategic TransactionsBuild and maintain integrated three statement financial models.Lead financial modeling for M and A activities.Evaluate acquisition targets and perform valuation and scenario analysis.Analyze accretion and dilution.Support integration and synergy planning.Support transaction readiness, including data room preparation, quality of earnings support, and sponsor or buyer diligence.Support capital allocation, liquidity planning, and return analysis.Value Creation and Business PartnershipIdentify margin improvement and cost efficiency opportunities.Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational performance.Translate unit economics and business performance drivers into actionable recommendations.Partner with Accounting, Operations, and department leaders to align financial and operational plans.TreasurySupport cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and banking relationships.Support expanded treasury responsibilities as the organization grows.Participate in cash forecasting, debt and covenant compliance, capital structure planning, and interest rate and foreign exchange risk management.Systems and TechnicalServe as a functional owner and power user of OneStream for financial reporting, consolidations, forecasting, planning, and actuals.Use SAP HANA as a core source of financial and operational data.Utilize advanced Excel and executive level PowerPoint.Use BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.Support automation and scalable financial processes.LeadershipOperate with high ownership and autonomy within a lean finance organization.Build, mentor, and scale FP and A capabilities.Work directly with private equity sponsors.Operate effectively in demanding and deadline driven environments.Qualifications and CertificationsRequired15 plus years of progressive FP and A experience with increasing responsibility and impact.Hands on OneStream experience, including Financial Reporting, Consolidations, Forecasting, Planning, and Actuals.Strong financial modeling experience, preferably involving M and A, company sale, or exit transactions.Experience working in a private equity backed organization.Experience working in small or lean organizations requiring both strategic leadership and hands on execution.Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and strategic capabilities.Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.PreferredSAP HANA experience.MBA, CPA, or CFA.Sell side transaction or sponsor exit experience.Treasury experience involving cash management, liquidity, banking, or debt relationships.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401kPaid time offProfessional development opportunities
