Working closely with organizational leaders, you'll influence workforce strategy, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness while helping create an outstanding employee experience. The Senior Manager provides leadership for talent acquisition, total rewards, workforce planning, HR technology, and leadership development while helping foster a high-performing, engaged, and mission-driven workforce. What You’ll Do Lead Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning Develop and execute organization-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and build proactive recruiting plans Oversee recruitment processes, employment branding, and candidate experience Lead succession planning and talent pipeline initiatives for critical positions Lead Total Rewards & Payroll Oversee compensation philosophy, salary administration, and annual compensation planning Manage benefit strategy, vendor relationships, and employee education initiatives Provide leadership and oversight for payroll administration and compliance Partner with Finance to support compensation budgeting and workforce investments Partner with Organizational Leaders Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce planning, organizational design, and employee effectiveness Coach leaders on performance management and talent development Support organizational change initiatives and complex employee relations matters. Develop People & Organizational Capability Lead leadership development and organizational learning initiatives Oversee performance management and talent review processes Recommend solutions that strengthen organizational capability and employee engagement Promote continuous improvement across HR programs and services Drive HR Operations & Analytics Lead HR talent strategy, reporting, and process improvement initiatives Analyze workforce metrics and trends to support executive decision-making Ensure compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and organizational standards Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and special projects What You Bring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field Ten or more years of progressive Human Resources experience Previous leadership experience with direct people management Experience leading multiple HR disciplines such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, payroll, or HR business partnership Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop workforce strategies Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills. Working Conditions This position primarily works in an office environment while regularly interacting with leaders and employees throughout the Gardens campus. Responsibilities include occasional movement between offices, exhibition areas, and grounds, as well as participation in meetings, presentations, and special events. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected based on organizational needs. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to work at a computer for extended periods, communicate effectively with employees and leaders, and move throughout offices, meeting spaces, and campus facilities. The role occasionally requires lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds, setting up meeting spaces or equipment, and navigating indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
