The Avalon of New Albany is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to join our team in New Albany, OH. You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with meals, document shifts, communicate with residents and families, and deliver planned activities while promptly responding to call lights and emergencies. We value compassionate caregiving and offer full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package.
