Race Track Smiles is a fully fee-for-service, high-end dental practice focused on quality over quantity. We specialize in comprehensive general dentistry, cosmetic smile makeovers, and full-arch implant rehabilitation. We are seeking a motivated, experienced Dental Assistant who thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment and wants to grow professionally while helping create incredible patient experiences.

What You'll Do

• Assist chairside in general dentistry procedures

• Support cosmetic cases including veneers, smile makeovers, and esthetic treatments

• Assist with full-arch implant surgeries and restorative procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinical efficiency

• Ensure exceptional patient comfort and experience

• Take digital radiographs and clinical photographs

• Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols

• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver outstanding care

Ideal Candidate

Highly Preferred:

• Experience in General Dentistry

• Experience with Cosmetic Dentistry

• Experience with Full-Arch Implant Dentistry (All-on-X)

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $30+/hour (based on experience)

• Monthly Performance Bonus Structure

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday–Thursday (with occasional Fridays as needed)
