We at Innovecture are hiring for a Scrum Master to expand our team. This is a remote position in India. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Scrum Masters who can lead high-performing, AI-enabled delivery teams in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, fostering team collaboration, removing delivery impediments, and enabling teams to leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity, quality, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and enable teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within committed timelines.
• Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, and leadership.
• Track team performance, delivery metrics, sprint velocity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Agile transformation and drive adoption of best practices across teams.
• Promote the effective use of AI tools and automation to enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively drive resolution.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile software development teams.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams toward high performance.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• AI & GitHub Copilot (Mandatory)
• Understanding of AI-enabled software delivery and Agile practices.
• Experience working with teams leveraging AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to drive AI adoption, productivity improvements, and automation within delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed and global teams.
• Exposure to Agile transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of software engineering, quality engineering, and DevOps practices.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
