Clinical Risk & Transformation Lead

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is seeking a Clinical Risk Liaison responsible for connecting the Transition and Clinical Teams with the Quality and Patient Safety Department. This time-limited role, effective until September 2028, focuses on identifying and mitigating safety risks during the hospital transformation. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree related to healthcare and at least 5 years of experience in patient safety or clinical practice, alongside proficiency in risk management methodologies.
