Employment Types: Full Time, Temp to Hire.

Pay Rate: $34.00 / hour

Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repairs safely and per work orders.

• Read manuals, diagnose issues, replace parts, and test adjustments.

• Identify equipment issues and report concerns to Maintenance Manager.

• Order/schedule parts using Microsoft Office tools.

• Follow GMPs and all safety procedures.

• Complete additional duties as needed.

Position Requirements:

• 2-year trades degree (completed or in progress) or 4+ years of plant maintenance experience.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English, bilingual a plus.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

• Skilled in welding, fabrication, 3-phase electrical, motor controls, and AC/DC drive troubleshooting.

• Accurate record-keeping and data entry skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
