Details Intermediate Medical Care (IMC/PCU) unit in an acute care hospital setting 24-bed unit with an average daily census of 24 patients Critical care and telemetry patient population Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30 Floating within scope required to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities within a 75-mile radius Block scheduling requests are not accommodated Charts using Epic EMR Requirements Active OK RN license or Compact RN license — no pending licenses accepted Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry certification, and NIHSS Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with at least 1 year of travel nursing experience Current Critical Care and Telemetry experience required Valid Driver's License or state-issued ID required for consideration Utility bill in the candidate's name with a matching address from within the last 3 months required for consideration Candidate's permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from the facility Additional Information First‑time travelers are not eligible — prior travel nursing experience is required Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be outside the 75‑mile radius Former permanent staff of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer per 13‑week assignment; no holiday or blackout dates may be requested 2 supervisory references required for consideration Copies of all certifications required for consideration American Traveler Job ID #P-716865.
