- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience
- Cable and assembly experience is a plus
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
