Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical PM Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical, telemetry, or PCU. License: Active RN license required. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required. Must-Have: - Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical, telemetry, or PCU. - EPIC EMR/charting experience. - At least 1 year of travel nursing experience. - 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or equivalent within the last 5 years. - Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6. Description: This position requires 2 years of RN experience in the Medical/Surgical field. Candidates must have experience in telemetry or PCU. EPIC EMR/charting experience is mandatory. A minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience is required. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a level 1 adult trauma designated hospital or its equivalent in the last 5 years. Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6 is preferred. The RN will be assigned to a Medical/Surgical unit upon start. The population served includes Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client. The RN will be assigned to the vacancy that best fits their experience as applicable. The expected work schedule is 36 hours per week, consisting of 3 - 12 hour shifts. Every other weekend is required. RNs are expected to float to other equivalent units as needed. Typical patient ratios are 1:5-6.
