Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions. Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth, on‑brand operation. Comfortably work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented seller with a demonstrated track record in sales. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels. At least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Capability to work from 4 hours per month during slower periods up to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Reliable support, stepping in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed. Compensation $15.00 per hour – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
