Location: Raytown, MO
Position: Full-Time Physical Therapist
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience

A modern outpatient orthopedic clinic in Raytown is hiring a Physical Therapist to join its clinical team. This position focuses on evaluating patients, planning care, providing skilled treatment, and helping people improve how they move and function.

The caseload includes orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old . The clinic offers a steady pace, a team environment, and opportunities for professional development. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Work Schedule

Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days, Preferred

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• Tuesday off each week

Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Clinic Volume and Patient Profile

• Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
• Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
• Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Insurance Plans Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, TRICARE, Humana, and Aetna

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and follow-up assessments
• Identify patient goals, physical limitations, pain concerns, and movement needs
• Create treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, manual therapy, strengthening, and functional rehabilitation
• Help patients build better movement patterns and daily function
• Review progress and update care plans as needed
• Provide home exercise instruction and patient education
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in WebPT
• Communicate with PTAs and other clinic staff to support treatment continuity

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable treating patients across different ages and activity levels
