Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique history, presenting problems, and individual treatment needs.
  • Developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring alignment with the patient's goals.
  • Documenting patient progress in real-time within our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and addiction specialists to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
  • Engaging in regular case consultations and participating in peer reviews to foster professional development and enhance therapeutic techniques.
  • Providing educational resources to clients and their families about mental health issues and recovery options available within the community.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest research developments in mental health and addiction treatment and applying this knowledge directly to your clinical practice.
  • Managing a full caseload effectively, with regularly scheduled check-ins to ensure that all patients are progressing towards their treatment goals within required timelines.
  • Upholding the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and ensuring cultural competence in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our Detox Center is to serve individuals, including those with co-occurring disorders, who are seeking recovery from substance use. Our client population is diverse, encompassing various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. You will have the opportunity to work with clients at different stages of the recovery process, encouraging growth, resilience, and a positive outlook on life.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid LCSW license to practice in Colorado.
  • At least three years of clinical experience with a demonstrable focus on providing psychotherapy services.
  • In-depth knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic techniques and models.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for developing rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working in addiction treatment or mental health settings.
  • A background in outpatient care and familiarity with telehealth models.
  • Expertise in managing diverse patient needs, particularly those facing dual diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding income, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
