Associate Director, Omnichannel Capabilities & Enablement

Ipsen seeks an Associate Director to develop omnichannel customer engagement strategies supporting product launches and advancing organizational capabilities. The role partners across multiple functions to design integrated engagement approaches, establish best practices, and drive launch readiness and brand growth.

Responsibilities

Partner with brand teams to develop omnichannel engagement strategies aligned with launch objectives
Design customer journey frameworks and engagement approaches across personal and non-personal channels
Establish repeatable launch methodologies, playbooks, and best practices for organizational scaling
Define success metrics and collaborate with analytics teams to assess engagement effectiveness
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

12+ years experience in omnichannel strategy or customer engagement capability building
Demonstrated expertise in martech platform orchestration and channel integration
Experience translating brand objectives into customer journey and engagement frameworks
Proficiency with analytics and measurement frameworks for customer engagement programs
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management across marketing, sales, and operations
Knowledge of pharmaceutical or life sciences launch planning and commercial strategies
