I've been in the insurance industry for 20 years and currently lead a team of 10. Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping customers protect what matters most while building a team that supports one another and enjoys coming to work each day. I also love developing future leaders, and two of my current team members are preparing to become State Farm agents themselves.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Josh Culotti - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Bilingual Spanish

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
